There are 4 automatic casting production lines include one Japan Tokyu 407 automatic production line, equipped with three intermediate frequency electric furnaces with melting rate 3T/H and the annual production capacity 20,000 tons, mainly for auto parts (flywheel, pressure plate), engineering machinery and agricultural machinery, two resin sand automatic casting production lines made by China with annual casting capacity of 10000 tons. There also is one furan resin-sand production line with 2 intermediate frequency electric furnaces with melting rate 5T/H for engineering machinery, MD/HD truck, one venting gas casting production line with 2 intermediate frequency electric furnaces for mining machinery made by high manganese steel, alloy steel, bainite steel, heat-resistant steel, one sand coated iron mould production line and two assistant heat treatment production line (hot quenching，salt bath) with two intermediate frequency electric furnaces with melting rate 3T/H for high chrome wear-resisting ball, austenitic wear-resisting ball CADI of mining machinery with the specifications of diameter from 40 mm to 120 mm.
